2. Nature of the Services

Finsafe Solution Limited provides consulting and business support services, including:

  • Introducing clients to financial institutions (e.g. banks, EMIs, payment service providers)

  • Assisting in onboarding processes, including document collection and management

  • Consulting on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance strategies

  • Website development and digital services

Important Note:

We do not provide financial advice, we do not handle client funds, and we do not perform regulated financial activities. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any EU or non-EU financial regulatory body. Such authorisation is not required for the services we provide.

Our services do not constitute regulated activities as defined by the competent authorities in the UK, the EU, or other jurisdictions. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of using our services in their own jurisdiction.

AML Consulting

Our AML-related consulting is strategic, informational, and organisational in nature. We do not replace legal or compliance advice offered by qualified professionals.

We do not engage in regulated AML activities such as:

  • Filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

  • Performing KYC checks on behalf of third parties

  • Monitoring financial transactions or conducting investigations

We are not subject to AML supervision under current regulations, and no licence is required for the general consulting services we offer. Responsibility for AML compliance remains entirely with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents upon request

  • Confirm they are authorised to share such data with us

  • Use our services solely for lawful business purposes

  • Refrain from using our services for unlawful, abusive, or non-compliant activities

Indemnity Clause

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finsafe Solution Limited from any liability, damage, cost, or claim arising from:

  • Misuse of our services

  • Regulatory violations by the client

  • Provision of false, misleading, or unauthorised information

4. Document Collection and Use

As part of our onboarding support, we may collect corporate documentation, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information, and other compliance-related data.

By submitting documents to us, clients:

  • Confirm they are legally authorised to share the information

  • Consent to the processing of data in accordance with applicable data protection laws

  • Authorise us to share such data with relevant third parties (e.g. banks), solely for onboarding and consultancy purposes

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting personal and business data, in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Limitation of Liability

Finsafe Solution Limited is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by third-party financial institutions

  • Losses resulting from misuse of client-provided information

  • Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in connection with any service provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Web Services and Content

For website development and digital services:

  • All content provided by the client (text, logos, images) must be lawful and not infringe on third-party rights

  • Clients are fully responsible for the content published on websites developed by us

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, code, layouts, and design materials remain the intellectual property of Finsafe Solution Limited

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided to clients are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Finsafe Solution Limited, unless otherwise stated.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to first seek an amicable solution to any disputes, including through mediation.

In the absence of a resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, including where clients are located outside the UK.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes by email or via our website.
